Horses going cheap

Just happened to notice a lot of adverts for sale of horses that are going for such frighteningly low amounts like £500 and £800 , makes me wonder where they might end up

Good homes, more than likely. My two cost me £300 and £50. They couldn't want for much more.

Its sad but hopefully at least some will go to good homes

I don't think cheap automatically is a bad thing! If my horse had been half the price I would have given her just as good a home (she was a reasonable price anyway compared to finding nothing for a grand more in the summer!), I am seeing so many bargains I am so tempted but could not afford it really at the mo.

I do like to think people do their research about the upkeep costs what with the internet being so handy for such things, but I am sure there are some who don't :-(
