""HORSES IN PUB!!""the sun+see video!3/8/2010

was looking through the SUN fri 3rd,and seen article on some gypses who thought it would be funny to force some frightened horses into a busy pub!! the landlord told them to clear off but has been held responsible by council.Just had a look at the video on the suns website and very angry at the way the horses are being kicked and punched and generally abused ...hope they can be charged with abuse re some can be identified re good camera evidence.....have a look for yourself!

OMG!! cant believe i've seen that ... it's disgusting and that poor foal being draged by its tail.. really makes my blood boil.

Wow does this touch a nerve...
this is all my p/l mare was used for when she was with the travellers, taking them to the pub (albeit not IN) and back, put in a field, beaten and same again the next day!
Horrific. The way those horses are kicked, pulled, pushed and struck about the head is simply unacceptable in any circumstance.

thanks for date error re 3/9...just had a look at the link for this and seems new video now shown cant see interior video where worst abuse takes place...if you can find it please fwd to RSPCA as report sent to them and police re cctv evidence...lets hope the police get them

horrible - those "gentlemen" need to be dragged into a room (by a rope round their necks) by some proper hard animal loving men and left alone for 30 minutes - let them be yanked around pulled and kicked.

I could swing for the two blokes on the left who kicked them. I note the one without the baby did it from a safe place behind the door frame Thank ******* they missed most of the time.

I do agree with you but they are not all like that as I do know of a few nice gypsy folk. It is just the bad ones that tarnish the rest, the same as in society as a whole really.
I think the behaviour in this video is appalling. It is totally unnecessary. What were they doing except buffing up their ego. Poor, poor horses. I could not have stood there in that pub and seen that and done nothing. No way at all!
