Near chester am looking for a sane sensible, all rounder 15.3 to 16.3. Good to clip, box, shoe etc. to do rc comps.

try all you local feed and tack shops, friday ad, horsemart etc. take your time and view it a few times

Have you tried the noticeboard in your local tack shop or feed store?
I found my loan horse on the freeads website.
Horsemart.co.uk has a 'loan' section as do a lot of the other sites.
You could phone your local riding club or pony club and see if they know of anything available too

I got my first horse through horsemart.com and may have found my second one through horsetoloan.com 
Good luck. Golden rules - 1. Don't rush into anything! and 2. Use your head and not your heart - I made both those mistakes the first time round and it was a nightmare!
