Horses tummy

My horse seems to have a rather runny tummy , well not liquid but not the normal nice lumps. I live in Spain and I think that it may be the new grass that is doing this but just to be safe has anyone any other ideas?

Change of water? Feed?

Every single new horse I get on the place gets the squits because of the change of water in different areas.
