What d'you do? I'd turned my youngster away because I'm expecting, and she's not always the most predictable. But she HATES it, and is constantly pushing in front of her field mates to get her head in the headcollar to be caught in and ridden (they live out at this time of year and are fed in the field - only reason anyone comes in is for work). Everyone else is finding her annoying, and if I bring her in for fuss and some ground-work she's still not satisfied! A friend of mine rode her for me the other day and she was good as gold, so am hacking her again at weekends as a sort of compromise for now - but I won't be able to do that past six months or so. I did advertise for a sharer for her but just got novices replying, and have worked too hard on her to potentially have things go wrong now. I hate seeing her unhappy, so need a solution - ideas anyone?

Would long-reining her out and about be an option for you. I did that when I got too far into my pregnancy. It gives you and your horse something to do still and keeps you fit at the same time. Good luck with your impending arrival:)
