I just wondered how many of your have horses you don't ride just show in hand?

How you excercise them/If you excercise them?

What you feed them eg how much hard feed or are they mainly grass kept with a little supplementation of hard feed?

Dont know if this counts but i have a youngster we showed in-hand but of course didn't get ridden!
He was grass kept during the day and in at night. He got a small feed - D&H Ultimate Balencer and a little happy hoof just so he wasn't left out from the others
Excersize wise he was long riened once/twice a week. Did clicker training sometimes and also went on smal hacks over the fields being led from another horse at walk and trot (canter for him as he is small compared to other one!)

Yes, at the moment I'm to heavy to ride my 13.2hh, so I take her for walks twice a week (walk and trot for 20 mins to an hour), lunge her twice a week and someone else rides her once a week (she does slightly less work over the winter).
I plan on showing her in hand this summer she is a rescue pony, Welsh B x Arab and 18 years old.
She's out at night all year round, wears a muzzle most of the year and just gets fed hay and a handful of happy hoof when the others are fed, she has access to a vitamin and mineral lick.

We take our two youngsters for long walks (with rests and nibbles on the way) over Tweseldown common as we back right on to it, playing in their paddock and keeping an eye on their feed intake. - Overall they have a damm good life!
