Thanks to this forum I learnt you can use the rambo liners under amigo's :)

I have amigo insulator stable rugs that I plan to use liners with but they are not that generous without the liner so I'm wondering if ideally I ought to go a size up in the amigos, what do you do? Stick with usual size rug and liner, or go up a size in rug with liner in usual size or go up a size in both?

Thanks for reading

My horse is 6'9 in most makes. He has a Rambo liner 6'9 which fits well under both a 6'9 Rhino turnout and a 6'9 Rambo stable rug (aswell as a 6'9 weatherbeeta! I use it with everything!)
Would say they are true to size.

Thanks :) and is your horse a 6ft 6 in other rugs like weatherbeeta? Only I find that mine is perfect in wb but horseware comes up snug?

Yes she's 6' 6 in all rugs. I once did have a Weatherbeeta rug in a 6' 3 as the Saddlery said that the rugs were coming up big (stable) but when I bought her another WB stable rug without a neck cover she was a normal 6' 6. Must just have been a particular year when they were manufactured differently. She had the liners under these rugs when we had the very cold winter a couple of years ago and she was on box rest. Can't recommend the liners enough and far better than using fleeces which slip back and dig in at the withers and also get covered in hairs. Liners stay cleaner!
