Hi all
On page 18 of my British Horse Society magazine, there's an advert saying 'Trade in your old Rambo Turnout and receive £40 off any new Rambo Turnout'.

It also says 'Visit www.horseware.com for a list of participating retailers' but when I looked nothing came up.

I've got a few outgrown Wugs which I was going to sell on eBay so this offer would be useful....

Anyone help?

you could email them direct, or ring and ask.
tbh i think you'd prob get £40 or more on ebay for a Wug in good condition. what sizes have you got? i'm looking for a m/w one now for 1 of youngsters, was looking on ebay this morning!

That's a good point - do you think I'd get more on eBay?
Prices for the following, then, please?
And do you think it is too early to sell on eBay?

One 6'3" purple, green trim HW Wug with neck (no fill)
One 6'6" as above
One 6'6" purple, green trim HW Wug (high neck)

PS I hope Admin don't beat me for breaking T & C's!

never to early- i have had a clearout already and sold 2 stable rugs ( not for alot) but they went asap - I think with thte times people are hunting for bargains!!!

there are wugs on ebay now, i was looking today for m/w because i was thinking i need to have them ready for when the weather changes!
so, if anyone has a nice tidy 6'9" wug, Rambo or fal, mw, nylon lined, i'll buy it! i knew it was a bit much to be looking at yours, not many would outgrow a 6'9"!

I have one who takes a size between 6'9" and 7'0" and can find lots of bargains for her (new rugs) because saddleries etc get stuck with them. Worth asking/raking in the sale bins.

Glad I'm not missing something embarassingly obvious.

I'm going to try phoning saddleries to see if they know about it - will let you know.

Right - well, I phoned a few saddleries, and they knew nothing about it.
frown.gif

One of them told me I had to 'read the small print', although there was none!
grin.gif
They then said I had to post a rug to Ireland?!
Then I tried phoning (number dead) and e-mailing Horseware through their 'contact us' bit - it said 'Error'
Ah well.
S

Yes I've just had that error message too on the contact us bit!!!

Might ring the BHS tomorrow morning, they won't pick the phone up now!!!

I'll let you know what they say, they must have some way of contacting them if they placed the advert!!
