Just to let you folks know I bought Cairo a Rambo Protector, having been so impressed with Chancer's one.

Got it for £52.98 with postage - really good price.

Great communication throughout and the rug arrived within 48 hours and I cannot see anything wrong with it.

They have various horseware rugs in the sale for those looking for one.

My bank balance is looking abit sorry for itself after all these products ive brought recently!!

Tilly rubbed has rubbed a section of her mane out so ive brought some Megatek Rebuilder, im tempted to get the clippers out and take everything off!!

I have just bought one from them too, and it was a great price, the cheapest i found online, and as you say great communications and very fast delivery.

Whilst it looks like a lot of neg feed back, the percentage is 98% and they do a vast amount of business, so I would not be that worried.

They are cheaper via their own website than e-bay.

Can only comment on the two experiences I have had with them, both of which have been excellent.

Hope BB enjoys the new rug.
 
I've bought off them through e-bay twice and had no problems. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again although they don't respond to their emails - they do actually say this in their guff though.
 
Don't get out the clippers, it will grow back and what you can do for showing is take a little of her tail and make a false section and sew it into the mane. I have done this and it works well.

Do you really want to hog her, clip out her legs and pull her tail? She is such a nice heavy mare it would be a shame to remove all that hair.

The thing I liked about the protector is the removeable neck - I use mine on really midgey days only as I don't want any chance of the mane being rubbed after spending so much time on getting it nice.
 
I'm sure it will be fine Theresa! I only want a spare 'cheapo' l/w, so I can actually get LBO's Rambo Duo cleaned at some point! lol
I thought the grey/lemon would suit him! BB has a bright purple checked Weatherbeeta - MD chose it herself for her, what a surprise! She looks positively psychedelic out in the field!
(LBO prefers elegant & stylish however! lol)
 
Those summer amigos are great, JAK, even Oscar hasn't trashed his yet despite his best efforts

I've just brought another Amigo Summer Sheet from them for £14.50 + delivery - bargain. It turned up no problem the day after I paid.
Okay, so it's pink - and I mean bright pink - but I'm sure no one will laugh at Chumley in it
