Horsey Activity Day ideas please!

I'm at a summer camp in the USA this year, and we have what's known as 'Gypsy Day' (i know it's not very PC but it means something completely different!) as a special day. Each activity area has about 8/10 kids and we have a 'theme' for the day. Last year the barn was Harry Potter and we had a sorting, played Quidditch on horseback, went for a trail ride through the 'Forbidden Forest', decorated wands, had a Herbology lesson in the garden etc. I've been elected the Gypsy Day Co-ordinator for the barn this year and I'm in need of a few theme ideas to get my mind working! Other groups were Up (the film), Super Mario, Pirates, Survivor, so those are no-goes.

So any idea please?! It doesn't have to be horsey, just something that will appeal to both boys and girls aged 10-15.

How about Robin Hood with the new film out and everything? Well may have been out there a bit longer. I would just make sure the arrows have non pointy ends lol.

Toy Story? That's just coming out over here and is probably popular there? You could dress up as cowboys, ride to "infinity and beyond" maybe a space theme for Buzz Lightyear? Can't remember much about the rest of the characters, you'll have to watch the films again!
