Horsey Cake?

hi, you might not have heard of this and think im crazy but last december in one of my magazines, there was a recipe for a pony christmas cake

but.. i didnt take any notice as i didnt have my own pony, and cant for the life of me remember the recipe,
does anybody know any?

only mine was horsie cookies...full of oats and bits of apples etc etc but i cant find the recipe...
