Horsey Holidays

I know this has probably been covered so many times. Thinking of going to a Horse Riding Holiday this year, without my own horse, and wondered if anyone had any recommendations?
I'm thinking of a long weekend/week holiday, and just want to spend time with the horses, and nothing else. Bed and Breakfast or self catering. Looking in the New Forest/Dorset way, but will consider other areas (I'm in Essex so not too far!!)
