Horsey/Hunting/Country Sports clothing/gifts for a newborn??

Now I know it sounds silly and all they really need at this time are nappies etc. but... I'd really like to find a baby gift that was typical 'us' - baby size Hunters or (as asked in the hunting forum) a 'born to hunt' babygrow would be ideal but anything of that kinda nature would do... even a fluffy toy fox???

any ideas??

hunters only start at size 8 (at my little ones age of 18mths see pic) although i can say that when he came along everyone got me stuff for when he was small and not when he was older. joules do some bits and you can get baby jods..

What about getting a baby's knife fork and spoon (silver) and having child's name and hunt name engraved? Or a bib with hunt's name embroidered on?

It's a bit odd but pet toy companies make some cute foxes/horses etc for dogs . . . just take the tags off and you're away.

I bought a friend's baby a toy horse and toy cow which made the appropriate sounds - I thought it best to get the difference down early.

I bought my nephew's son a toy fluffy donkey. If you get a toy make sure it has the British Kitemark for toy safety.

They have some cuddlies that are nice. My sister bought my daughter the tiniest jods ever seen, not sure where from though and for christmas she adopted a horse for a year from her.
