horsey jobs around cambridge?

Does anyone know where I might be able to find a weekend (horsey) job around Cambridgeshire? Or even a weekend voluntary thing to do?

Really I'd just like to meet some nice horsey folk around where I live and this seemed like a good way to possibly do it but I don't really know who to approach as I don't know anyone! Vicious cycle and all that!
 
Can think of worse cities to be in! PM me, I'll put you in touch with my old instructor who knows loads of people in south Cambs/north Essex.
 
Heehe you have the same prob as me then if your looking for voluntary you could take a look at working an RDA centre. We just manage to keep our horses on the edge of the city near us which is good but there is very few horsie jobs in cambridge other than that i guess some oof the studs might have weekend jobs in newmarket
 
Cambridge and District riding club are friendly.

I'm sure they would be delighted to have a weekend volunteer.

over riding club are a little bit further, but also very friendly
