Horslyx... your opinion

Horses seem to love them. However, it sent one of mine totally bonkers so I had to take him off it pretty quick and then I couldnt give the remainder to my 2 ponies as its too high in sugar for lami-prones. I can also vouch that mice and birds like it too having yesterday found 2 of them lying face down dead in the lick that Id left in the tack room... yuck.

My horse loves them :) I like them aswell and don`t have any probs feeding it to him (TB) but I think it really does depend on the individual horse and how they cope with such a high suger content

Too full of sugar imo. Use one as a distraction for daughters pony for the last few minutes of clipping when she gets bored & fidgetty. It's a tiny one that's been going a year now & still plenty left for this winter too, so very rarely. Good as distraction techniques when necessary, but not as a treat for the sake of it.

My horses love them but only lick them for 10 minutes before they've had enough. Fortunately my TB is fussy and only every picks at feeds and my other girl is just not a greedy horse. I don't really use the Horslyx I have though - basically because it's far too messy and sticky - not good when you have grey horses :O
