Hi any ideas what I can put a 650g small horslyx in to stop pony trashing it around his stable covering it in shavings, he only has it now and again so don’t want to put anything permanent in stable, tried inside bucket or in Haynet he very clever and gets them out. Even seems to demolish a bigger one and tends to break the plastic outer cover off

My youngster also tore the plastic container off and ate an entire small Horselix. I would either bin it and buy the 5kg Horselix and the holder or buy a bucket lick like Equoboost. You can still restrict access to it in the stable. I bought my lot a HeadStart garlic bucket lick and they were mad for it but it got very messy and they needed their noses scrubbed daily.

I would just buy the big one and save the little one for treat stretches

He even breaks the plastic on the large one as I have that for big horse but big horse happy just to lick it.
not heard of equoboost or headstart so will have a look. Thank you I hadn’t realised you can take the holder bowl out and fold holder down so will have a look at that again. They are only used for short periods while I’m there I don’t like leaving them in the stable when I’m not there

Found a tub of brinicombe herbilix cheaper than Horselyx so will try that
