Great shame. I see H & H were their customary efficient self and didn't mention his breeders or his breeding at all considering how well known he was (they are friends of mine and have never been credited for breeding him apart from their treasured Badminton Horseshoe) I think H & H presume they just grow on trees or something, grh!)

He was a good old age though, wasn't he? I worked for the Bevans when I left school (many,many years ago!!) and I've often wondered if he was still alive.
