Hot Horse Shower/Showerking vs. DIY alternative - experiences?

I would dearly love a hot shower for washing off after hunting but cannot afford the £200 price tag of the Showerking model which uses the Eccotemp boiler unit at the moment. Has anyone gone the DIY route with a cheaper alternative? I have looked on E-bay and there is a Bester tankless water heater at approx £55 which is presumably a Chinese built rip off of Eccotemp. Has anyone used this? Would also need a regulator for the gas cylinder, approx £10 and maybe a trolley to mount the whole thing on, perhaps £15, so about £80 in total. Or should I keep saving? Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I had a hot horse shower which died just after a year then a cheapy Chinese one lasted nine months
Then I bought a showerking ( the 11 I think ) cost around £300 it's been marvellous
