Hot Horse!!

For those of you who have/have had lorries a bit of advice please. My lorry only has three windows in one side (horse area) and i am finding it gets a bit wam in there even though they are permanently down. Would i be better getting more windows put in the other side or does anybody have a better way of getting it cooler? Thankyou

Have you got sky lights in the roof? If not, might be worth getting some fitted so the air can circulate better.

Or air conditioning fitted!! I think (I have thought about doing this in my lorry, but haven't looked into it in any huge way yet) that you can buy an air con unit, which will run of a generator, that is run when the engine is running - I believe - but could be wrong.

I have skylights in my lorry which are great and does improve it - but the other thing I find helpful - although it makes a mess in the living, is to open the door into the living, and open the skylights and windows if necessary in the living. This really keeps the air circulating and keeps it cool in the back.
