Hot in the city

The weather has been deplorable this past week in NYC--at least 90 degrees and humid each day. Prince is suffering, even with his dawn/dusk walking regimen. Not only is he a pug, but he is in possession of a coat to rival that of a Norwegian Elkhound.

But...

We leave the city next Thursday to spend TWO MONTHS near the beach. Albeit I shall be working for six weeks of that time, but it will be nice to have a garden, proximity to cool sand, and most crucially, a bit of a breeze.

You will be inundated. The last two weeks will be a family holiday, with about twelve people at the house, two kids, and four dogs. Can't wait!
