I tried loads of things that didn’t really stick, but using house cleaning services in star actually made a big difference for me. They were quick, and I didn’t feel judged about the mess (which was one of my biggest worries). I still do the day-to-day stuff myself, but having their help for the deep cleaning really took the pressure off and got me motivated again.
