House coughing mucus

my horse suffers with allergies / breathing

He had increased lung sounds last week when vets checked him /

Has nebuliser was quite clear mucus on Friday but now coughing up yellow thick

Bright eating and temp

Obviously not out as much as normal due to wheather / flies ect

Just a bit worried if bacterial and will need antibiotics

Phone your vet and ask their opinion as they know your horse’s medical history. I’ve found vets always helpful if you email a picture

Yes call vet my mare had similar and had a lung infection you don’t want it to develop into pneumonia
