Im fed up, we have found a super horsey house and stables and know it has been for sale for ages and no one knows who owns it. I am asking everyone.
The other thing is someone has rented it and appears to be living in the house, no nags etc (no electric connected) like a summer holiday thing.... and I dont know if I should go in and ask if they can give me the owners number under some pretext or leave it alone in case they get huffy or decide to buy it or something. I am tempted but I think we should wait and see if my contacts do come up with the owners number, I dont want to be seen to be too keen.........

What do you guys think?

Go on, barge in full of nosey questions like any self-respeting Spaniard would!!

Seriously, I would go and ask for the number. The house is still for sale I take it? They may just be family in there to keep the place ticking over and have a free holiday for the summer. I know what you are saying about appearing too keen but if it's what you want go for it.

I just hope it's not owned by about 15 cousins, half of whom live in Argentina or Cuba and none of whom have spoken to each other in years due to a family feud.
