Well, we've had some progress through the day. Yippee. We had one day accident which was totally OH's fault. Rosie got up, and OH picked her up for a lap cuddle. (grrr) Then, when she fidgeted, he put her down and walked away... so she did a wee right behind him. Taught him a lesson at least, felt sorry for Rosie, but equally, she didn't whine, or seem to hold it for longer.
I have also witnessed first hand how difficult this has been... we're feeding her in a slow feeder bowl, right by the back door, so the second she has finished eating she can be put out without any distractions between herself and the door! Well, she had finished eating, but was still licking around, head in the bowl, when the back legs opened and she wee'd! She never even lifted her head!!

And onto nights... no progress at all. we've gone from the odd dry clean night 3 weeks ago (think she's done this 3 times), to just 1 wee before her poorly tummy, to obviously a bit messy while she was poorly, to now... 2 big puddles, and 2 normal poos. So, almost gone backwards. We are still up with her at midnight, and up at 6am. I know we need to break this cycle, then I am convinced she will be fine.
Decided to fully crate her as from tonight, got a crate water bowl - which she duly sent flying with 1 minute - it's now tied in! And if we hear her whine, we'll let her out. She'll have her normal bed, and a towl, with a few chew toys.

What's the worst that can happen!!??? VERY nervous.

She is 16 weeks old.
She is out in the garden before feed, after feed, morning walk, garden time at lunch time, again at 4pm, before second walk, walk straight after dinner at 6, more garden time at least 4 times before bed.

Use a parrot bowl/one with hooks or screws for a crate and preferably metal so it doesn't get chewed or thrown around. And don't fill it to brim, just enough to do her overnight.
I would remove the chews at bedtime...that is time for sleeping/chilling, not stimulation.

If it isn't stealth weeing to avoid detection (which will be very hard to undo, but is likely if your correction timing has off) then I second whoever said, pop her to vet for a UTI check.

If she's weeing with no indication ie circling sniffing whining etc. I would get a sample sent to vet. If she has a urine infection it would explain the very frequent weeing.

Did you ask Cayla for her crate training guide? You can't just put her in the crate without introducing it properly. If she is not put out between lunchtime and 4 pm she is not going to learn, you have to be watching her for signs all the time, not just every few hours.

It's not normal for a pup to be weeing this often and as erratically as you describe...I'm wondering if she could possibly have a physical condition, where the vulva is recessed...(see link below...)

Pups who have this are prone to uti s ,and often wee excessively and often...
If the pup is allowed to have at least one season the vulva usually pops into normal form with the influence of the reproductive hormones. now go and have a look at your girl and let me know...lol...
