I assume that was while Hovis was and family were at YHL, promoting the horse welfare/rescue that he supports. What a nasty thing to do. And really 2nd hand tack doesn't fetch much. I hope there is CCTV or eyewitness evidence to find who is responsible.

That's awful  Really sad - this should be such a wonderful weekend for them. There probably is CCTV in the hotel car park, but it may not be particularly useful unfortunately :( Fingers crossed it is.

It was stolen from a vehicle in a hotel car park not at YHL.

A timely reminder to get your tack marked so that it can be identified if stolen and recovered.

What total scumbags.

Although, how can we be sure Hovis didn't put a 'hit' on his tack to avoid any more stressage?

Seriously though, I hope they get it back. Looking on facebook, it has to be the hottest set of tack out there, if offered to anyone at all horsey the theives stand a very good chance of being caught.

This is why we don’t leave our tack in our cars or on the grounds are large events but normally they go after the CWDs and other big name saddles.
