Please be gentle....we're just on the road to recovery from my cofidence crisis! I know my head is to one side. For some reason it's the same in all my photos so that's another thing to work on :) Also, my second rein is so long as I was just getting used to the feel of a second rein and have no idea how to use it as yet. We're very much a work in progess :)
And please ignore his yellow mane and tail...he's due a bath :D

All I can say is shorten your rein and lift your hands up a little, Can you see the kink in your rein at the hand ??? The rein starts at the bit and ends at the elbow you should be able to draw a line

The picture is very dark. I can't tell what bit that is you have in

Thanks Ladylina83. We started with low hands as he's young but I am gradually lifting them higher. He's ridden in a NS Universal, I'm learning to use 2 reins so I can use the bottom ring if I need to.
