My daughter is a bit tall for her 14.1 pony and she does mostly SJ and some ODE and HT.
She has a Collegiate GP saddle.
I am wondering if she would benefit from a more forward cut jumping saddle? I'm guessing it would bring her leg up a bit (sometimes her toes knock pony's elbow).
Her instructor has taught her a jumping position that is beneficial to the pony, but I just wonder if we should change her saddle.
Thing is, I can't afford to spend alot and may have to PX her current saddle whcih means if she did an ODE she would have to dressage in a forward cut saddle.
Opinions please
