How big do you think he is...?

A post further down got me thinking about this - how big do you think my boy is? I won't tell you but I will say I'm 5'3" (ie ickle!).
Just got me wondering as my boy seems small to me as some of the other horses on the yard dwarf him but he supposedly measure only inch or 2 shorter than some!
These are the best I have for gauging height - do your best with what I can give you!

Only because my riding instructer is around 5ft 3" and when she gets on dublinbay's 17.1hh horse she looks about the same as you.

Ooooh, tricky one - 1st pic looks about 13hh but second looks bigger?!
Keep guessing guys - very interesting to hear your ideas.
 
My horse - Bailey - has been measured at a fraction over 16.2hh! Everyone says he seems bigger but to me he's little! There's a lady on the yard with a horse very similar to him who is said to measure 16.3hh but Bailey is dwarfed by him! Very interesting to hear your comments, thanks!
Be interested to find out about the grey...
 
If you are 5'3", I am guessing that when you stand up straight, the top of your head is almost level with his withers (judging by the first picture). 5'3" in cm is 157.5cm - so just under 15.3hh so I think that your horse is probably about 16hh, maybe a bit less....
 
Initial thought was 17hh, now I'm not sure, perhaps 16.2hh (original post).

ETA: ok, thats weird, I replied then read other people's replies and found I got it right (after my initial thought!):D

Not done the grey yet, hmmm, let me think....
