My horse is 165cm and I measured him in hands after it's between 16.1 and 16.2hh

A agree - between 16.1 and 16.2 (you can google to check) Type in 165 cm in inches and it will do the conversion

Whenever I go to look at a horse its never the same height as advertised (as far as I can see no one ever actually measures their horse) so if my experience is anything to go with its probably either 14.1hh or 17.3hh!!!!
