How Big will he get?

My Polish warmblood x malksapolska foal is now 1 year and 2 months and is 14.2hh he has 8.5" bone any guesses? His dam was 15.2 and his sire was 16hh I think. I have read up on what heights just wondering really...

I was told foals grow between the height of the Mare and Gelding.
Some can be different. Our poorly boy has turned out small and will not grow to height of Mum or Dad but has taken after his Mums Mum.

the mare and gelding ;p . I think they can grow to roughly the middle of the two, or so people always hope!

My boy's mum is 15.2hh and his dad 16.2hh, my boy measures at 16.3hh so I wouldn't say it always works out to be between the size of mum and dad!
I guess you're probably looking at a minimum of 16hh, maybe more when he's fully muscled out.

I'd say at least 16hh unfortunatly imo you can't really predictic it within a hand!

i can't remember the thing exactly... but isn't something like the height of their leg at a year is 2/3 of their height fully grown?

There are other considerations like how big the grd parents were. It has been known for throwbacks to be smaller then both parents because a grt grnd parent was much smaller.
