How big will he get

Hey everyone!

Just a quick wonder, my cob gelding is rising 2 and just wanted to know how big you think he'll get. I measured him today to be 14.1 on the withers and is still bum high. Anyone got any ideas what he'll make?

How big are his parents? Cobs are slow growers and often don't stop until they are 8. But they very often stay bum high.
 
I dont know anything about his parents as I rescued him when he was 8 months. I know they're slow growers just wondered if anyone had a rough estimate so I know what to expect haha x
