How big?

I know its impossible to know for sure as im not sure of his breeding, apparently his parents were 15hh.

In the vastly more experienced opinions of HHO how big do you think he will get?

He is around 2 years old and he stands at 13hh currently.

What a sweetie! He's going to be lovely. I reckon at least a hand's growth for a two year old. Mine was 14 hh when I got him as just under two; now 6 and just over 15 hh. Cobs might be different though; mine's a small WB with some Welsh thrown in.

Thanks! He is such a sweet boy. I hit the jackpot! I am hoping for at least 14hh luckily he will be built like a tank either way!

Look up the string test (I think basically you measure from the floor to his elbow and then double it to get his eventual height). There is another version where you measure the cannon bone but can't remember how that one works. I once bought a 13.1 yearling whose dam was 14.2 and sire was 15hh. I hoped she would make 14.2 plus. I sold her a 4 year old at... 13.2. No way she was going to make the height although she may have grown a little since. Probably not what you want to hear, but the parent's height isn't always a good indicator! Hope he does make the height for you. He looks gorgeous either way and will definitely carry weight.

He's super! I'd guess a full up 14.2, maybe a bit bigger, he looks very immature to me at the moment. But with the build he's going to be he'll probably be plenty big enough at 14hh so I wouldn't be worrying too much.
