How can i help myself to sit up after landing?

You are folding enough you don't need to fold more over that sizer of fence as long as you are giving with you hands you are fine. When you land, even if you feel stupid look up at the sky or a tree in the distance I think you are looking down which is making you collapse on landing. Just think look up and shoulders back.

I agree - you don't need to be folding any more than that for those jumps

Think of keeping your weight in your heels and shoulders back. Also, think that there is another jump ahead - always seem to sit up quicker then

Ditto the other 2, maybe try a one stride double and concentrate on really sitting up on the non jumping stride?

I agree with the others, something that has helped me is to look at something in the distance beyond the jump, after all you dont need to look at the bottom of jump, which is partly why you are collapsing after the jump. On the approach fix your eye on something in the distance past the jump (a tree or a gate) and keep looking at that. It does work I promise.

I am guilty of collapsing on landing and have to say the exercise using a one stride double and concentrating on sitting up on the non jumping stride really does help, trainer will also build a triple combi which also helps me.

Yeah my landings bad, you may fin as your leaning so far for those jumps, when you dont need to so much for that size, that unlalnces you and messes up your landing a bit
Think about what to go as your going over, thats what i do, i fgo into it tihnkin...leg on girth...leg on girth....

It's a little difficult to see from the angle of the last jump but I agree with the above about looking down, but also I think (could well be wrong) that you could try keeping your bum in the saddle more and just bending from your hip, it looks like you get your bum too far out of the saddle which isnt necessary especially over a small fence. This might not be the case though, as I said its hard to see unless side on!
