Next door but one did a moonlight flit over the weekend and she has left her cat/kitten locked in

i had a feeling she would do this as she used to have 2 dogs that where never looked after and left on there own. This poor cat is crying like mad in the house ive phoned the RSPCA and they said they will come out but we all know how useless they are. Ive told them if its not out by tomorrow i will post some food through the letter box.
 
Can you get in touch with the housing association or landlord, or is it her home, bought?
Can you try a window? Or a window pane, if push came to shove

Already on to landlord trouble is it got reprossesed (sp) Rspca have been on sat in van 20 min then drove off so no idea whats going on but it was same lady who came out for the dogs. Hubby has had his hand in the letter box trying to get the keys she has posted back through the door think im going to make a hook and get the keys.
 
Good news the cat is out and all ready has a home

the the people who now have the house has come and changed the locks and one of them has taken her home. Turns out the police rang the RSPCA also and they all worked together
