Have you ever been across country with her, she would respect those and so pick up her feet, do you wear boots sj, if so remove the fronts, If mine get lazy i dont believe in any harsh methods, but removing boots usually helps them to remember to go over the pole not through it. m

Some gridwork can be really beneficial - especially if you build them with decent wooden poles so the horse notices when it knocks a fence. The type of grid will depend on the way your horse goes though - Is she knocking with fronts or hinds? Does she speed up or rush towards a fence, or slow down and cat-leap? etc...

In general I like to use steep cross poles if a horse is a bit untidy. If you make them into x pole spreads, that can really encourage a horse to throw a nice shape but can be a bit unseating if the rider isn't expecting it!

Solid fences - out hacking etc, or logs in the field. I pop grease on the legs to protect them / help slide over, some people use boots / bandages. Once they realise they are not going to shift they tend to pick their legs up - so start small just in case. I find that most then treat SJ better, but some are smart and do work out the difference! But worth a try.

Yep, pretty much, only you need the jump a bit bigger, the ends of the V actually touching each other on the jump and kind of sticking out on the landing side.
If you can put a placing pole before the jump at 2.2 m from trot or 3m from canter that will work even better
