How chilled is your horse when you clip?

Mine loves getting clipped, apart from her tummy, but she tolerates that with just enough grumpy faces and stamping of legs to make her point clear!

Just as well she's so good as I'm a total novice and take AGES to do a clip.

mine does the whole 'OMG the clippers!!!' and i say 'dont be so silly' and then she goes 'oh alright then' and then stands still for as long as need be.

ha ha shes so funny lol

its like we have a little ritual with the clippers that she has to pretend to be scared and then i have to pretend to be cross lol

I don't but could have Hovis just stand there with no headcollar and not tied up in any way. He will lift his head when asked although does try to play with them when friend clips his mustache off!
The girl who does him has commented how amazing he is to clip so I know how lucky i am.
