We have had the pick of the litter. We had a choice from 3 bitches and 1 dog JRT pups.
We have gone for the ugliest of the litter - she will be rough haired - white with a black and tan patch under one eye. The others are beautifully marked - but she just 'did it' for us.
She was the only one that that seemed happy to see us. She pootled over and sat by my foot. The others just stayed huddled together.
I tapped my shoe and she yapped to play - wagging her whole bum!
Can't wait to get her home.
My border collie had already gone to a home but was brought back as she was 'lively'
All border collies are lively! That's what make them such fantastic dogs!
She has turned out to be the most faithful, calm dog I have ever owned - excellent manners too.
So how did you choose your puppy from the litter? And do you think I have made the right choice from the litter I could choose from?
