How did you choose your user name?

The competition name we landed on for Kali . . . Polar = a play on words to do with his Polish origin, plus Polar b/c he's grey . . . Skye = b/c I'm Scottish and wanted a link in there - plus the dapples on his bum are like those lovely, grey, mackeral skies over Skye in the winter.

When I was really young if we did something silly my Nanna used to call us "Nuppits" as in "Oh dear, you've grazed your knees you silly Nuppit". My older brother (who wasn't as clumsy as me!) always misheard what she was saying (it's only the last few years he's realised!) and thought it was "Whoopit".

The whole side of Dad's family still calls me Whoopit ; for Gods sake i'm 28 yrs old, it's not cool anymore!!
