Photoshop is a piece of proprietary software produced by Adobe. You would need to purchase it and install it.

If you want free software, I'd recommend the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program). This link will give you information on places to download it for Windows, on the assumption that that's the OS you're using.

Photoshop is a photo editor program. You have to buy it - Its fairly exspensive but you can get a good deal on ebay! Its quite complex, so be prepared to read alot of instructions!! But its great once you know how to use it. Hope this helps
