How do I get calm turn-out?

I have a 5 year old mare who is regularly injuring herself in her field when turned out. She leads out calmly and is fine in the stable, but while she is out she will tear around the field, bucking and kicking and manages to catch her back legs against themselves and has managed to cut as high as her hock, and low down near the feet.
I tried equichaps on the back legs in the indoor school and she hated them and managed to cut front of the hock so badly it needed stitches! I have now taken off the back shoes, but today she managed to come in with various grazes and cuts again although nothing major, minus a front shoe!!
She is on Magic calmer and I have cut her feed down to a scoop and 1/2 of cool fibre with a handful of horse and pony nuts split between two feeds (has ad lib hay when stabled).
She is in her own paddock with horses either side of her.
She was fine during Aug-October and it seems to have got worse as turnout has become shorter.
Any suggestions would be great!

Try a different calmer, perhaps?
Take out the nuts from the feed, replace with speedibeet?
Do an extra 20 mins of lungeing work per day, morning and night?
Put on a heavier rug and leave her out overnight more?

Sorry, can't think of anything else. Good luck.
