erm i will try and explain, button it to your stock shirt, and then wrap around the neck, normally has a slit in to oull one side through so it sits comfortanly around the neck.
Then both ends should be laying in front of you, which then you corss over into a knot at the front of your neck
theni flip the right hand side up onto my shoulder, then bring the left hand one over the top and then through back towards the left and pull both ends tight. Then ruffle it around so you have your stock tied.
Try looking on youtube as it may well be on there.
