I brought an 11.1hh welsh sec A mare 20 months ago (rescued her from previous owners at just under half her body weight and covered in rain scald after having a beautifull baby) she is a very stunning pony with nearly perfect markings 4 white socks and a white blaze every one who sees her comments on how beautifull she is and she would do well in the show ring but i dont know how to trace her breeding she bred a palamino colt in her previous home and i have been lead to belive she carries the cream gene as it is rare for a black mare to produce a palamino foal ??
all her previous owners will say is that she was brought from the horse auctions were she had been rounded up of the welsh mountains and came in to the sales in a herd !!
any help on how to trace her breeding or if there is blood tests that can prove she is a true welsh would be great
