How do I upload a picture?

I have been using the forum for a while now but have never worked out how to upload a picture. Can anyone help?

Hi you have to upload a picture to somewhere like photobucket.com or tinypic.com it will then give you 3 or 4 optional links, you use the one which is idea for the forum, you then copy that link, then you go to your user options and paste it in there and your done.
