How do I upload pictures?

Hello,
I'm new to this and just wanted to introduce myself to y'all and add some pictures of my ponies etc.
However this is where I am becoming stuck!! How on earth do I put the pictures on so you can all see?!!!
Please help, then i can introduce myself properly!!
