How do i worm a syringe hating horse

Here's my method for worming syringe haters! seems to work on all my naughty ones!
I get someone to put a hand over the horse's eye on the side that I want to worm him, so he doesn't see the syringe.
Then I put my finger in and out of his mouth a few times, as if I am going to put a bit in. They all seem to accept this as they haven't seen the syringe. I then pop in the syringe and squirt. Works every time and they don't seem to react to the fact that they have been tricked!
I wormed my young foal yesterday with a syringe whilst he was fast asleep and snoring in the stable! He never even opened his eyes! No need for the finger trick on that one!
