open an account on www.photobucket.com, upload the picture there and then under the pic is the URL code, copy that and paste it into your post

First of all you have to set up an account on photobucket www.photobucket.com then upload your photos. When you've done this, each photo will have 3 links under it, then you copy the bottom of the 3 & paste it into your post.
