Both girlies are living out this year,my little one, Seren, is in foal, and Mels is retired due to hock and back problems.
They are a bit scruffy which is driving me 'slightly' potty as normally they are groomed within an inch of their lives, but such is life!
Im happy with Mels weight at 483kg (she is 14.2 with 11inches of bone) although she is a bit 'saggy' due to not being worked!
Seren is looking fab IMO, she isnt carrying too much weight, although I am keeping a careful eye on her crest and checking her feet and digital pulse at least twice a day. She seems to blow a crest on absolutely nothing, even tho the rest of her isnt carrying any additional weight.
They are on bare boards grazing, and have a handful of hifi lite and their sups at night.
