How do you create a post with a poll?

Hmmm.... am I missing something obvious, as I cannot fathom how to create a poll? Can't find any instructions either. Where am I going wrong?

oh come on, its not that difficult,

took me ages lol.

when you reply or make a post, underneath the emoticons,

it gives you a choice to add a poll, then its quite self explanertary. Now all i need to find it a spell check. good luck
