how do you deal with neighbours (inbreds)

OMG my neighbour who i fell out with a few weeks ago over not getting her cat neutured because "i cant afford it" has now got a new kitten a female i am so bloody annoyed whats wrong with these people i wouldnt mind if she was responsible but she is a complete dim wit she wouldnt even get on the jeremey kyle show i think i need to move before i commit a crime
 
Ha ha know how you feel, I posted on here before about my neighbours and iv lost count off how many cats they have now as all off them are breeding, end off this year I think they will have around 30 cats ( council house) they keep all kittens and all are breeding. Look rough and pull open anything they can to find food, trying to get in my house all the time and when you get people round it's so imbaressing when they are cats shagging every where and I mean where ever u look.
Sorry to say this could be the way your dim neighbour will end up as well.
RSPCA etc won't act. Cpl has cleared them up plenty off times only to start up again and tbh WHY should peoples donations go towards thick dim shits like that. It makes me angry.
Sorry will say it again THICK DIM SHITS or as RSPCA said " can't act as they are below inteligences" what a cop out.
 
A lot of cat rescue organisations my way actually issue vouchers to vets which entitles the cats owner to get a half price neutering, if they cannot afford full price or have rescued a stray...

yep thick dim shits is about right and then she says but i want to be your freind why i said i dont have anything in common with you your irresponsible and shouldnt be allowed to own animals and then she says in a whiney voice "but i love em" grrr FFS you stupid half wit i am 51 years old i have always had my animals done wormed ect ect they cost me a fortune each month maybe i do sound like a stuck up horsey woman as she called me but "tosh" to her and her dopey husband

ahh yes but dim wit cant afford the extra as the vouchers only give you 50% off i give up wish i could get vouchers apparently i earn to much puh!
 
Hey can't say for you being a stuck up horse person ;) but I'm not and live in a council house BUT am a responable animal owner the same as you and it just makes me wonder what goes on in their heads. Our local cpl does free nautering but they won't do it. Iv always said I would love to drop a bomb in the middle off their house.
 
cpl in surrey or in east surrey wont give free neutering unless your on a low income but they would give a 50% voucher and no i dont live in a big house i live in a little house and though speak quite posh i dont actually have a pot to pee in and because my neighbour knows i have a horse for some reason thinks that makes me "posh" just because she says "fink" and i say "think" still doesnt make me posh just means i speak better than her i can swear for england lol
