How do you delete an acvount

Hey everyone, long story short someone has signed up to this website using my email and putting up ridiculous forums and I can’t access it since she has since changed the email to god knows what. She has a photo from each of my horses and uploaded them, both of which are from my Facebook. So, basically, is there anyway I can get that account deleted? Or do I just leave it?
